NW Vintage & Vino is for "vintage and only vintage." Please see the application for further clarification. Mass produced and vintage repop are not acceptable.
Vendors are responsible for set up and take down of own booth and display. You are encouraged to design your booth to reveal the character of you and your items. This is about the show, but it is equally about you! Our NW Vintage & Vino shoppers are here for the uniqueness of this event and the stories you and your items have to tell. Have fun with your booth design and be unique and creative with your displays.
Vendors receive two passes per 10x10 space.
Vendors will be notified of acceptance and an invoice will be emailed. Please check your junk mail or other filters in case your invoice winds up there.
Booth fees of $150 per 10x10 are non refundable. Upon approval of application please submit a 50% deposit within 3 business days. The remaining balance is due in full within 30 days of invoice.
